We want your stay to be as relaxing and seamless as possible! Please review the following information before booking:

RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS
• A signed Rental Agreement is required for all reservations.
• A copy of a government-issued photo ID matching the name on the reservation is required.
• A $500 security hold (not a charge) will be scheduled 2 days prior to arrival and automatically released 3 days after departure if no damages are reported.
• Check-in instructions and your unique door code will be provided once all required items have been completed (must be completed 48 hours after reservation)

HOUSE POLICIES
• The primary renter must be 25 years or older and present for the duration of the stay.
• Maximum occupancy is 10 guests.
• No parties, events, or third-party bookings.
• This is a 100% smoke-free property, including cigarettes, cigars, vaping, and e-cigarettes.

DOGS
Up to 2 dogs are welcome with a $275 pet fee per dog, per stay. Dogs must be included on your reservation. We kindly ask that dogs remain off the furniture and beds, are crated anytime they are left alone, and are cleaned up after during your stay. Larger dogs may be considered on a case-by-case basis - please contact us before booking. Guests are required to abide by all state/local pet laws.

SECURITY CAMERAS
For the safety of our guests and property, exterior security cameras monitor the front and sides of the home. There are no cameras inside the home or overlooking private outdoor areas. Exterior security cameras must remain unobstructed and operational at all times. Any attempt to disable, cover, unplug, or tamper with a camera may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund. This includes tampering with the wifi equipment.

WEATHER & TRAVEL INSURANCE
Florida weather can be unpredictable. Refunds cannot be provided for weather, tropical storms, hurricanes (unless a mandatory evacuation order is issued), power outages, travel delays, or other events beyond our control. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially "Cancel for Any Reason" coverage, to protect your vacation investment.

Elevator
The home includes a residential elevator for your convenience. While we do our best to keep it operating at all times, service cannot be guaranteed due to the home's remote location. In the rare event repairs are needed, restoration may take several days. If someone in your group depends on elevator access, please keep this in mind when booking.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Seventy-five percent (75.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
