Welcome to your peaceful river retreat! As soon as you arrive to Cartecay Island Cabin, you will be greeted with the calming sounds of the River. Unwind inside the beautiful cabin, in the brand new hot tub, or out on the river - whatever you choose, your relaxation begins here! 

You will have the cabin all to yourself - enjoy a meal in the well-appointed kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, sit by the fire in the living room, hang out in the loft and play games, or take a dip in the soaking tub in the master bath! Want even more relaxation? Head outside - out front you will find a rocking-chair porch and gas grill. Head out back and sit on the covered porch and listen to the river rush by, or hang out in the hot tub and porch swings below. Roast marshmallows by the fire pit, or cross the bridge to our private island and hang out by the river! It gets better - you can do ALL of these things with a full house music system - just hook up your phone and play music inside and outside!

Cartecay Island Cabin is a beautiful 3 bedroom (3rd bedroom is the loft), 2 bathroom cabin that sleeps 7 and offers the following:

King Master on main level with private shower plus soaking tub, 50" flat screen TV, deck access.
Queen bedroom on main level with 42" flat screen TV.
Loft bedroom on second floor with twin bed, trundle beds with 2 twins OR combine for king.
Living Room has a gas log fireplace, 52" flat screen TV.
Fully equipped kitchen.
Recreation Room on second level (loft) with table and 2 HUGE bean bag chairs, 42" TV, Pool/Air Hockey/Foosball Table, Games & Puzzles, and electronic game table with downloadable games.
2-Level deck - upper is screened in and has couches and tables with a mini-fridge.
HOT TUB on lower deck and hammock chairs.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Seventy-five percent (75.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
